British Airways launches its first route to Montenegro
During last night's meeting between Prime Minister of Montenegro and Great Britain's ambassador to Montenegro, information was confirmed that one of the most important airlines on the planet, British Airways, is launching a flight to our country for the first time in history.
The new London Heathrow - Tivat route will be operational from May 14 to September 26, three times a week - on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
With the introduction of this line, during the next summer season, in addition to the existing connections with London's Stansted, Luton and Gatwick airports, Tivat will for the first time be connected with Heathrow, which is one of the busiest airports in the world. Heathrow is the first in Europe by the number of passengers and offers connections to as many as 230 destinations, including many intercontinental destinations.
